21 Day Fix Extreme Results

So technically this should have been my last week of Day Fix Extreme but I did some traveling and hurt my back - so I'm a week behind in my workouts. Have I stuck with the meal plan 100%. Nope. I always follow the 80/20 rule. Sometimes I have dessert, sometimes I drink wine (but not both together!) So 21 days into the program and 14 days into the workouts, these are my results. And get this -- I GAINED 4 POUNDS!! Yup you read that right. And I'm not upset about it. I didn't expect to lose weight at all. I am trying to tone up and gain muscle so I am beyond ecstatic with a 4 pound gain! I really wish I took a before pic of my legs - because the muscles in these jokers...woo. All that jumping really does something for ya tongue emoticon What can the 21 Day Fix or Fix Extreme do for you? Message me to find out!
