Baked Chicken Nuggets
If you've ever seen my meal plans you'll see this recipe come up A LOT! I've been making this recipe for years. It's so super simple and and full of flavor!
INGREDIENTS
1½ - 2 pounds chicken breasts
¼ cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon organic butter or coconut oil/melted
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425º F.
Mix together flour, thyme, paprika, and salt in a medium bowl.
Cut chicken into 1"-2" pieces depending on preference.
Pour melted butter into baking dish.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture and place into baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, turning about halfway through cooking.
