Baked Chicken Nuggets


If you've ever seen my meal plans you'll see this recipe come up A LOT! I've been making this recipe for years. It's so super simple and and full of flavor!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ - 2 pounds chicken breasts

  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon organic butter or coconut oil/melted

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 425º F.

  • Mix together flour, thyme, paprika, and salt in a medium bowl.

  • Cut chicken into 1"-2" pieces depending on preference.

  • Pour melted butter into baking dish.

  • Dredge chicken in flour mixture and place into baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, turning about halfway through cooking.
