What is a CHALLENGE GROUP?


Did you know that 80% of people FAIL at whatever weight loss program or lifestyle change they choose within just three weeks? It’s not because the program isn’t effective, but because they lacked the SUPPORT and MOTIVATION to keep going. Think about how much having accountability does for you at work, school, and accomplishing your tasks and goals. If you don’t do your homework, your teacher will get an F. If you don’t perform at work, your boss will fire you. Who is holding you accountable for your program?

If you join the gym, and you don’t show up on Monday, is the gym calling you to ask what you where you were and how well you did over the weekend? No. In some cases, these gyms are banking on that you DON’T return. When you are dealing with stress and wanting to mindlessly eat, does the gym have a forum to hear you out? No. My point is, having an advocate, or health coach that specifically has YOUR best interest in mind, provides you the BEST chance at success. Sure, at the end of the day, YOU are the one doing the work, but I am there WITH you.

I am a product of challenge groups. You have to trust the process. It WILL work if YOU do. I have lost 45 pounds and am now in the best shape of my entire life. I want YOU do feel fulfilled. Fitness and proper nutrition is the cornerstone of good health.

I have different types of support if you are willing to invest in the right tools. I can provide 1:1 coaching for my clients. I also provide a “ general” private support group on Facebook. And lastly, I provide “ Challenge Groups.” Challenge groups are PRIVATE small groups that I run monthly on the Facebook “Group” platform. You get ME, as well as several other successful coaches on my team within a small group of people, very similar to you and your goals. I will help you choose a program BEST suited for you and your needs as well as discuss what meal plan is realistic. You will get 1:1 accountability, exclusive motivation, recipes, small daily assignments, fitness tips, and my weekly meal plans! The benefit to the group is that you get a TON of positive feedback, support while you LEARN. There is always someone “there” to answer or hear your questions. You will both teach and learn from others and will be empowered in the process. There are some accountability guidelines to remain in the group, but as long as you continue to try, commit to the program tools and SHOW UP, you will ALWAYS have unconditional support. I start ONE new challenge group a month. Lauren introduced me to one of the programs and I got hooked on the first day. Doing T25 required so much of me that I felt powerful and accomplished every time that I finished a workout. Challenge groups have been an essential tool in my weight loss journey. They help me stay on track and hold me accountable. Seeing posts from the other challengers motivate me to get my work out in on days I rather do just about anything else, and inspire me in the kitchen as well. When I started I was 100 lbs overweight. I tried weight watchers which stressed me out to the point anxiety took over then more stress eating. I tried fad diets, diet pills, Dr. Oz’s wonder drug of each and every day I saw him; more fad diets out of magazines. I tried it all – and yo yo’d up and down and up and down. A friend then introduced me to my coach, Lauren. Through talking to her I was like, ok, spending more money on something that probably won’t work for me. Then she emailed back, and I did more research and figured what the heck. I tried everything else. I might as well. So I ordered my 21DF – 1 month later I’m 25 lbs down; and I learned that for me, it wasn’t really WHAT I was eating as I was eating pretty much clean … but for me, it was portions of carbs vs fruit vs protein vs veggies; and NOT exercising as much as I needed to in order to counter my calories for the day. I’ve learned a lot, love shakeology, though vanilla isn’t a fave … but chocolate and strawberry … yum. So I now call 21DF my Lifetime Fix and it’s now my lifestyle – to continue to eat clean in the right portions; and to exercise like my life depends on it … because when it comes down to it – my life DOES depend on this.
