Turkey Meatloaf
At the beginning of every week I try to make a dinner that will give us lots of leftovers so that I can bring them for lunch the rest of the week. This one DEFINITELY had that and them some. I have lunch for everyday this week AND two days next week :-) I found this one on the Team Beachbody Blog. I was a little hesistant because I'm not used to meatloaf recipes with ketchup - but it definitely had a lot of flavor and will be a make again!
