P90x3/Max30 Meal Plan - Week of May 3rd
I'm in week two of my hybrid schedule of P90x3 and Insanity Max 30! As much as I like P90x3 I really needed some extra cardio in my life so I headed to workoutscheduler.com and made myself an 8 month hybrid. Here is my meal plan following the 21 Day Fix/Insanity Max 30 nutrition plan. Since I am a nursing mom I eat in the 2nd bracket of the 21 Day Fix minus a carb. My baseline would put me in the first bracket.
Here are the links to the meals I am making for dinner this week. On Sundays I like to make a large meal so I have lunches for a few days during the week. I am also going to make extra turkey taco meat to have for lunch at the end of the week.
