Cheesecake Greek Yogurt

​​I played with this recipe because I had a hankering for something really sweet! It's not 100% clean because of the jell-o mix, but it's still yummy without it and definitely a lot healthier than the alternative!

Ingredients:

1 cup of frozen fruit of your choice (I used raspberries)

3/4 cup of plain greek yogurt

1 tsp. honey

1 tbls. Sugar Free Jell-O cheese cake mix.

First, place the frozen fruit in a microwave safe bowl and nuke for 1 minute.

This makes the fruit squishy and super juicy (reminds of a pie filling!)

Add the yogurt, honey and Jell-o Mix

Mix it up and enjoy!
