Clean Eating Grocery List

Here is an example of a Clean Eating Grocery List. Feel free to edit this list to fit your needs and likes!

Meat dept/Dairy/freezer section:

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • lean ground turkey (At least 94% lean)

  • Farm fresh organic eggs

  • container of egg whites

  • Low fat, low sodium cheese sticks

  • Plain Greek yogurt

  • Cottage cheese

  • Low sodium, low fat sliced turkey breast

  • Salmon filet

  • Firm tofu

  • Ezekiel bread or English muffins (found in the freezer section)

  • Unsweetened almond milk

  • Feta cheese

Dry Goods:

  • Rolled Oats (instant & whole grain)

  • Brown Rice

  • Flat out whole grain wraps

  • Unsalted brown rice cakes

  • Protein powder

  • Low sodium chicken broth

  • Frank’s hot sauce

  • Dijon mustard

  • Balsamic vinegar

  • Green tea

  • Unsalted raw almonds

  • Almond/nut butter, all natural, unsalted

  • Hummus (Sabra brand is good)

  • Extra Virgin Coconut oil

  • Chia seeds

  • Black beans

  • Salsa

  • Honey

  • Sesame oil

  • Lemon juice

  • Low sodium soy sauce

  • Maple syrup

  • Spices: chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, parsley, basil
